In a recent survey conducted by Uplift Content, customer success stories were the preferred choice of B2B marketers looking to build trust in their brand and increase sales – ahead of general website content, SEO, blog posts, social media, paid ads and other tactics.
The percentage of respondents who found case studies ‘very effective’ also went up from 39% to almost 50%.
